Who is Wendy Richardson?

Hello, I'm Wendy Richardson. Sewing and being creative have been wonderful activities for most of my life. I grew up with family members sewing and making things for personal use and home decor, so it seemed natural that I would do the same. I began quilting in 1975 and haven’t stopped yet. Along the way, I discovered that color and texture were very important to me, so I learned how to dye fabric. This added an extra layer of excitement to my work, and it’s something I enjoy immensely. My artwork has received many awards and can be seen in public and private collections around the country.
