Who is Sandra Mollon?

Sandra Mollon is an award winning quilter living in Northern California. She has been quilting for over 30 years, and teaching for 15 years.

I started out as a traditional quilter, doing most hand appliqué for a couple of decades. You can see a few of my quilts in the book, “500 Traditional Quilts” by Lark Publications.

I have had many quilts juried into large international and regional juried shows. Recent Ribbons include Honorable Mention at AQS Grand Rapids 2018, 3rd Place wall, Mid Atlantic Quilt Festival in 2018, 2nd Place Wall,Pacific Internaitonal Quilt Show, 2018, 3rd place at theTAG Art Gallery 2018, Best of Show Award and 1st place at the RCQG show in Sacramento Ca, 2018.

While all ribbons are wonderful, and certainly encouraging, the most important aspect of what I do is the lives I touch, and those who touch me.
