Karen (Gloeggler) Lantz has been quilting for over twenty-five years, and is the author of “Jane Austen Quilts Inspired by Her Novels”, published by American Quilters Society in 2013. Her strength lies in her color choices and her willingness to experiment. Karen worked in the garment industry in NYC for twenty years as a Technical Designer, and relocated to Las Vegas in 2015. She is an energy worker, Reiki III practitioner, and is certified in Elemental Space Clearing.
Karen’s inspiration comes from nature, old quilts, and sacred geometry. Her quilts are created in a quiet, peaceful, loving cocoon of a studio, and are infused with love, serenity, and positivity. Those who see the quilts, use them, or hang them as art will enjoy these same feelings.
